Let's say I start working technically on the idea and after year of work I decided to make it a startup and I found someone who interested to become founder and help me in business, and funding stuff so how we can determine the founders shares?

First let me say that deciding founders' equity is much more of an art than it is a science.

That said, I think you need to look at this in two steps. Step 1: how much value have you created this far (on your own) Step 2: how much value do you think the partner will add to the firm from now on

Based on these two steps, try to quantify the value.
