Encouraging users to share their experiences

Users(consumers) ratings, reviews and recommendations are a core feature in our platform. it helps other consumers make better informed decisions, it helps the businesses involved in building an online reputation and it's a way for us to make money(not directly)!!

so how can we encourage it?
