How can you do a dating site for Arabs and not get blocked by some countries ?

1- Be connected to a regulator in the most important markets, I.E KSA and Egypt
2- Gain popular support.
3- Respect the values that the region embraces, but there you will have large conflicts.
4- Get backing from an influential official.

I think the above is not a guarantee and you still got a high chance of getting blocked. The other way is to create a social network where the overall users are able to get matched, but where this isn't the core value proposition, like Facebook!
