I want to launch but I don't like my logo, I also don't like the colors too much but they are ok for now as I don't have the resources to do better. They are not that bad but I think they could be better :) How long can I stick with a design before deciding to do a redesign ? Is it ok to change logo and maybe colors of the site and UI even after sometime after launch ? |

Yeah... I'm sure it is fine to go Live and then change later on. Just look to the top left of this page, and see how YallaStartup changed their logo a few weeks after launch. Was it a problem for you as a user? Usually, changing a logo or style gets a bit 'concerning' if you..
If you'll allow me to advise you though, it appears you are focusing on yourself and how you subjectively 'see' the site. The trouble with being subjective is that you will always tire of a site, logo and design very quickly... because you're looking at it ALL the time. I know exactly how it feels because I start 'hating' all my logos about a week after they've been designed. I think you should consider adopting a more objective approach, and see what your customers, visitors think of it, and how they think you could make it better. Once you get some traffic, start using user data to make informed decisions, rather than relying on your own subjective judgement... it's usually better practice. But for now.. I'd say.. just launch and see what we all think! |
