Looking for an Arabic speaking logo designer - where to look?

Salam,

We're looking for a skilled logo designer. Ability to read/write Arabic is a MUST - any websites out there that we should check out?
We do know elance.com, GetAFreelancer.com - but we're looking for something specifically for the Arab market, preferrably a website where designers from/living in Arab countries upload their design portfolio to.
