I'm looking for a brand-able name for my startup. All the .coms are taken!

Help would be appreciated.

This is really really hard since almost everything appears to be taken.

I personally think you need to get the .com if you plan to be a destination.

The goodish news is that a lot of arabizi are still available. Just get creative and stay loose with your name. One last thought is that I have found Dot-o-mator to be useful in my search.

Good luck looking!

Hmmm... try .me domains, especially if you're targeting the Middle East. You can then play on ME as in Middle East and ME as in Myself.

Or you can use and Arabic word - better chances of securing the .com domain for those.

It really depends on your product/service and your target market. Talk to friends and family, or even run a mini-competition through your Twitter feed for ideas.

My startup does not target only the Middle East, I guess it's more safe to secure a .com domain. A .me domain is a good alternative though, I'll consider it.

Just spend a little more time on adding more characters to the domain name to find it !

Besides what about .net ?? u can implement your startup name to be a xxxxx network for example.

BTW, don't spend a lot of time on this issue :) you make the name shiny! the site we're on now is .Org :D ! and YallaStartup the word is 12 character !

Good luck
