Which MENA country (Lebanon, Jordan, Morocco, Egypt or GCC) is best to incorporate a tech/online company in? Which country has the proper processes set in place for tech startups? What are the different license options for startups (Sole proprietor, partnership, limited liability etc.) in these countries? How long does it take to get a licnese for each of those countries? What are the costs/guarantees for incorporating? Any weird requirements that I need to be aware of (need an formal office as opposed to a home office)? Is it just easier/better/faster/safer/cheaper to incorporate in the US and serve the MENA region? Any drawbacks for that option? Any information here would be valuable...would be great if you can point me the right direction and link me to good online sources I can get more info from.
