I am trying to build web audio / video chat using silver light 4, as I know that silver light has the ability to capture image / audio but it doesn't have the mechanism of encoding / decoding audio/video. What is the best way to encoding / decoding video using silver light 4? What is the best codec? Any helpful tips or tutorial that may be useful to achieve that? Thanks a lot for your helping. |
