Founded by a young entrepreneur right after graduation from the German University in Cairo, who had all his education around Strategic Management & Innovation Management.

Bebasata.com started as a prototype to test the market and its depth, although there was no financial backing; the results were incredible to an extent that Bebasata.com became a known brand among frequent internet users in Egypt and the main reason was the Cash On Delivery payment method which made online shopping RISK-FREE for the first time in Egypt.

The founder has partnered with another entrepreneur; Khaled Imam, who also had the same educational background and shared the same passion for e-commerce. Khaled Imam had a vision of seeing the first Egyptian online bookstore operating without a physical bookstore.

The potential for an online bookstore is huge, as Nielsen made a report in 2008 about the Global Online Shoppers, in the report Jonathan Carson, President of International Nielsen Online said in the report that "Some of the biggest buyers of books on the Internet are from developing countries – China, Brazil, Vietnam and Egypt – indicating massive growth potential for online retailers that can specifically target these fast-growing markets."

Books for E-commerce, LLC (the startup that was founded by Khaled & Mostafa to run the online bookstore) has secured one of the most strategic and highly valuable domains in the industry (Books.com.eg)

The two startups are working in parallel, sharing most of the costs, and trying to achieve strategic goals for each companies.

The ideas have been put into a plan, and the plan is ready to be executed, only one thing is missing; another partner!
