Hello, Wondering if anyone has a reference for laws or regulations regarding web content in Lebanon. This would be pertaining to a portal with public contributions/comments/uploads. What is the website developer's responsibility for material uploaded by the users? Thanks! |

I join my voice to yours Louis, this is a dark area yet to be discovered or drafted from scratch as I don't think the country has a Web law, strictly speaking. would be great to learn if it follows the media law though.... |
