What should I do to not get blocked?

بعض الدول العربية تتشارك قاعدة بياناتها للمواقع المحجوبة مع بعض. لذلك لو تم حجب موقع في السعودية، مثلا، يمكن أن يحجب في الدول الأخرى لو تم تبادل تحديث قاعدة البيانات قبل إلغاء الحجب.

How do you get unblocked if it does happen in Saudi?

@محمد: في موقع غيوم تم حجب الموقع لستة أشهر في السعودية أما باقي الدول فشغال تمام! لا أظن في تبادل إلا لبعض المواقع الساسية أو هي مغضوب عليها بشكل جماعي :)

@Amir: I didn't, I tried millions of ways, no way to contact them they are like died people, they don't respond to email, phone, website!

I don't think so, it's not an easy task or tool because there are technical issues like proxy and networking. I use twitter a lot, so my friends in KSA told me that it's blocked.

It may be a good project idea in this area :)

Well, it depends on why you made this content-based startup. For investment? you know what you shouldn't write about, or how to write about them if necessary. The details are hard to gather :)

What if it's just something like a forum, how do you make sure that your users don't put bad stuff that will be blocked. You need a lot of moderators, do you pay them ?
